I am so excited to be back on a Bodcast with Ian and Steve of The Talking Dads. Every time we get together we have a blast talking about anything and everything and this episode was no exception. Of course, we talk fitness and fatherhood and even try a surprise bottle of scotch I brought for the boys. Ian, Steve, and I discuss Ian's fitness transformation and challenges.
