I will discuss with you the difference of being a business owner vs being a business technician. The business owner’s role is to create a golden standard while a business technician is to make sure that the standard is being executed.

The very first thing you need to think about is: Do you have the right business motto that allows you to be a business owner. If you want to make more impact, and you want more freedom and money - You need to build systems that allow you to coach one-to-many and be able to buy other coaches’ time to produce the standards that you need.
