Switching your mindset from employee to business owner can be tough, but you CAN do it! Today I'm speaking with another of my Podcast Manager Program graduates, Leah Bryant. Leah went from working for a bank investigating fraud to running her own podcast management business and employing other amazing women. We discuss how she started her business, it's growth, and where she plans to go with it next!

In addition to being an awesome entrepreneur, Leah is also a wife and mom. Wanting to have something just for herself is what sparked her interest in working in the online space as a Virtual Assistant. From there, it was a quick pivot into podcast management. In this episode, Leah talks about that transition and how she landed her first client. She also shares how she found her niche, what success looks like for her, and why she's decided to grow her team.
