This episode was inspired by a water cooler conversation I walked into between two coworkers Earley and Nate. Nate was sharing the issues he was navigating in his new relationship and Earley (Featured in this episode's Art) was basically telling him to save his time and energy and break up with her now! His advice was pretty much what he felt he should have done months earlier. Sensing that there was a lot more to Earley's story I jokingly suggested that we talk about it on the podcast and he seriously said yes lets do that soon while its fresh. So here we are unpacking everything that played a part in Earley's broken heart!
