Elizabeth Gordon and Lee Kantor host each show. Elizabeth is the author of the Amazon Bestselling book The Chic Entrepreneur: Put Your Business In Higher Heels and owner of Flourishing Business, an advisory firm for entrepreneurs. Lee Kantor is also the host of the popular Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy show and several other Atlanta-based radio shows on Atlanta Business Radio X.

Today we go to talk with Steve McKee the president and co-founder of McKeeWallwork Cleveland, a full service marketing communications firm that has twicebeen awarded the American Marketing Association’s EFFIE Award, one of the industry’shighest honors.



Steve has received numerous advertising awards and honorsthroughout his career, both while learning his craft working at some of thebest-known advertising agencies in the world, including NW Ayer, Della Femina,and a division of McCann-Erickson Worldwide, and as president of McKee WallworkCleveland. He has pioneered his agency’s Charrette® planning process, aformalized methodology that serves as the foundation for client marketingprograms.



Steve has been published or quoted in The New York Times, USA Today, Advertising Age, Adweek, Investor’sBusiness Daily and The Los Angeles Times, as well as in dozens of regional andlocal newspapers and magazines throughout the U.S. He has appeared on CNBC, ESPNII,CNNfn, Bloomberg radio and network television affiliates in two dozen citiesacross America.



Steve currently writes a monthly advertising advice columnfor BusinessWeek Online, and is the author of the upcoming book, When GrowthStalls, to be published by Jossey-Bass, an imprint of Wiley, in March, 2009.Based on years of extensive research and first-hand experience, When GrowthStalls presents compelling insights into how companies lose their way, exposesthe destructive (and often hidden) internal dynamics that hinder successfulturnarounds, and reveals active measures leaders can take to avoid or reversestalled growth.
