Dave is the founder and CEO of O2. A former corporate strategist at a Fortune 100 company, he cut his entrepreneurial teeth launching a non-profit charter high school in Columbus, Ohio just three years out of college. In the process, he found himself fueling an otherwise healthy lifestyle with unhealthy energy and sports drinks. After approaching a medical doctor friend about creating a healthier alternative, they came across research that illustrated the accelerating effect of ingested oxygen on the body's recovery. Dave then left his day job and began coaching CrossFit while setting out to make O2. The business launched in 2014 out of the back of his car, and he’s currently focused on building a company society is proud exists.
