I live in America, a nation drowning in ignorance and violence and greed, a nation that squanders her wealth on weapons of mass destruction while crippling her young people with debt for their education. And this voice of the Rogue Philosopher is like a wind chime ringing restfully and peacefully across the wasteland. It has lifted me above the wreckage. It has filled my soul. Here is a voice that we can follow through the wilderness. I have recorded it while I listened so that I will have it when the internet collapses. When the wind blows hard enough, things fall down. I have done some research to try to learn something about this Rogue Philosopher. He gave a clue when he spoke about living in New Harbor, Maine. I have found him. And I have discovered that he not only holds a doctorate degree in Philosophy. He is also the only blind person ever to get an advanced degree in film. He earned his M.F.A degree in Film from Boston University.
