Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report gives his response to reports of a Democratic bill to pack the Supreme Court. It has been revealed that Democrats plan to add four justices to the Supreme Court. The Biden administration had already announced a commission that would look into the issue of packing the Supreme Court, but that was not enough for some Democrats. The proposed bill will be introduced by Democrats Jerry Nadler, Hank Johnson, Mondaire Jones, and Ed Markey. This appears to be the payback for Trump appointing Amy Coney Barrett in his final days in office.
