A Passover must-have, paired with a vegetable must-have.
Not to sound like a broken record, but this is super easy and super delicious. And very likely different than your everyday stuff…#justsayin
Even if you hate brussels sprouts, I think you’ll like this.
It’s a simple and delicious thing to make – and the addition of pesto makes it even better.
Nuff said.
We celebrate National Clam Day by making clam chowder. Ok, so maybe it’s a little obvious, but it’s still damn good.
Sometimes I wonder why I write these descriptions – I means doesn’t Zucchini Fritter say enough?
Of course to celebrate National World Whiskey Day you can always drink some whiskey – or you could put in into whipped cream and spoon some on top of a pan fried donut with sautéed apples. We’re going with the latter.
What better way to celebrate National Waffle Day than with a waffle that has a fried egg in the middle?
The first segment in what we’re calling ‘Stuff Sam Likes’. It’s just me showing you food related things I like and use. Oh – and no one is paying me. Just stuff to make your food life tastier, easier, better. And today’s episode is Golden Curry
One of my all time favorite breakfasts – and it’s not just good, it’s good for you. If this is eating healthy, call me Richard Simmons.
No description needed – they are exactly what you think they are. And they’re baked, not fried.
A delicious & simple chicken dish that will have you mentally wandering the Champs-Élysées – or sitting at your kitchen table. Either way you’ll be really happy.
The only way this gets easier is if someone makes it for you.
Biscuits are too fussy you say…they take too much time you say. Not anymore, cuz with only 2 ingredients you’ll be making and eating these all the time.
What’s not to like?
Yes, you read it right. Make it, fry it, eat it. Oh my…
We showed you how to make your own pizza dough…and now we show you what to do with it. You’re gonna like this.
Wait till you see how simple it is to make your own dough. And we’ll show what to do with it on Wednesday & Friday’s episodes.
Tortilla chips make everything better.
Regular sweet potatoes – good. Hasselback sweet potatoes brushed with a curry & cumin butter sauce – mental.
Yes – I make a lot of Asian food. And so should you cuz it’s usually way better for you than fast food and certainly much faster.
I know eggs, ground beef and spinach may not sound like a winner, but his old-school San Fran restaurant item is ridiculous. And by ridiculous I mean effing great.
This simple (and much cooler sounding) version of tiramisu is fantastic. Even if you take your sweetheart out for dinner on Valentines Day, return home for dessert.
