So you're sending out quotes, but NOT following them up hey! Series: Quoting Mistakes That Are Costing You Thousands. Cohost: Eve John from Fully Booked Tradie

Chances are, we're all guilty of what we cover in this series. I know I certainly make mistakes in my quoting processes and I also know for sure that a very large number of my clients do. In this series we cover off on 'following up', 'why women control buying' and how 'more trust equals more sales' with the awesome Eve John from Fully Booked Tradies.

Eve is a master at helping trade based organisations improve their bottom line through increasing their conversions and in this three part series, she goes above and beyond to best communicate the principles of the philosophy that she teaches to her clients and followers,

Episode 1 What NOT following up is costing you

Have you ever stopped to think about how much money you're potentially losing by not following up?It's pretty crazy how often we'll send out a quote, or a proposal then never make the effort to follow up on it. We've basically done most of the hard work, only to drop the ball in the final stages...and might I add, the most important stages.

In this podcast Eve runs through the importance of having a reliable process in place to ensure that you're following up on your quotes regularly.

It was interesting to hear about Eve's approach to using a combination of text messages, phone calls emails and even postal mail in the follow up sequence. I know sometimes when you're constantly calling clients, or prospects to follow up, it can make you seem desperate for the sale, however this approach kind of diffuses that a little.

Anyway, this is episode one of three, so enjoy and if you like what you hear, or if you have any questions, you can post them in the show notes.
