In this extended interview on the Transformational Wheel you will learn the steps and phases for moving towards greater expansion, integrating curve balls in your life and taking steps towards inner peace with expert Eleanor Healy.

We start off by contrasting the concepts of evolution portrayed as either circles or spirals. We entertain the notion of both ascent and descent as well as the connection to the double helix of the DNA.

The transformational wheel itself gives a frame of reference on how we take the journey on these ascending and descending helixes to connect with the Earth and a higher power.

To go around the wheel we are called to go through expansion while each time we return to a place on the wheel it is never the same location.

The beginning journey is often at a moment in our lives when we don’t feel that great. This is similar to Refusal and Answering the Call in Joseph Campbell’s Heroes’ Journey.

We move towards being a passive spectator towards being a passionate co-creator with the universe. You’ll enjoy examples of when to answer the call which is the “Enough is enough point”.

An important step is to make a conscious choice to experience self-discovery and go into the transformational wheel which is done through a powerful affirmation to yourself and the universe. You also make a commitment to yourself in this phase which must be nothing less than 100%.

The next step is to connect to all of your power sources and resources. This will propel you forward.

This is followed by taking a deep dive into who we are on a practical level and how do we react to situations. You’ll get ideas to practice such as working with a Himalayan bowl, walking meditations and non-judgement towards yourself.

Before undergoing this phase, Eleanor recommends that you find your Observer which is meant to witness your experiences without judgement and criticism. Eleanor also gives you a practice to call in your Observer aspect of yourself.
