Elsie has helped hundreds of people throughout the Pittsburgh, PA region improve their overall health and well being through practical health tips, private yoga sessions, and free yoga training sessions. She has worked with many people throughout the community through every stage of training and has inspired hundreds to take better care of their bodies and minds. She has been featured and interviewed on countless podcast shows across the nation, produced dozens of online yoga classes, and dedicated countless hours to speaking, teaching, and writing about how people can use yoga as a way to get into shape, feel better and more energetic, and develop a better quality of life.
When Elsie is not working with clients or helping the community through her free classes, she can often be found podcasting or blogging about her passion, spending time with her family, or coming up with new ways to make the yoga experience more fun and enjoyable for her students. In addition to helping others get fit, Elsie also works as a podcast and digital media strategist.
