Are you ready to spice up your holiday season.  The holidays are often a time of spices. Did you know that spices are actually good for you?

Ginger is loaded with nutrients and bio-active compounds that reduce inflammation, reduce nausea, and fight off the common cold. 

Cinnamon is also good for your body.  It can help lower your risk diabetes by increasing insulin sensitivity.  It's also a powerful anti-inflammatory.
