If so, I know you have heard that you should avoid salt, but did you know that you should also avoid salad dressings, soy sauce, cured meat, cheese, and even canned vegetables? Even cheese can raise your blood pressure. The good news is that foods like pomegranates, olive oil, and garlic on the good list. Of course, the best way to get your blood pressure down is often as simple as losing weight. You really do have more control over your health than you think.
