How many times have you been asked for feedback, to complete a survey or submit new ideas, and then hear nothing back? Plenty I'm sure. A surefire way to destroy engagement and lose great people is to ignore people when you've asked them to give you something more than just their time. If you are going to ask for ideas, you have to have a decent way of directing, collating, responding to and implementing them.
