Today’s Thursday Brunch and we're live from Ibn Battuta Mall for this year’s Dubai Food Festival. Joining Siobhan Leyden are Nick Alvis and Scott Price, from Folly by Nick and Scott, and Tahir Shah from the Food Founder. They are trying an array of dishes brought in from chefs from Ibn Battuta Mall. We also have award winning Chef Ryan Waddell, from both the Clubhouse and Seafood Kitchen DXB, and Charles Stephano Veerayen, Chef De Cuisine at Verdura Mediterranean Restaurant.
