This podcast is a space in which to share my knowledge of mindfulness and how it has helped me to cope with the loss of my twin brother. It aims to help other twinless twins cope with a loss only another twin can understand. I wanted to share with others how my own journey into mindfulness has helped me to weather the stormy days of grief and how sunshine can be found even in the darkest of places.
