In today's episode my guest and I discuss women in business and some of the core reasons why women, in particular black women, African women and women of Afro heritage are limited in the business and entrepreneurial world. My guest is Rehana Malik-Mbanga, the CEO of Stimbok Corporation. She is a serial social entrepreneur whose business model is founded on social sustainability and to helping women business owners start up and successfully run their businesses. Stimbok has projects and initiatives in different parts of Africa where they are supporting women entrepreneurs thrive in their business ventures. Rehana is also an activist and is passionate about supporting women of afro-heritage achieve their full potential. She is the founder of Women Talk Africa in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and runs a blog called Embracing the plus size me.
