You know what’s best for you.

Sometimes you honor you and do what you know to do for you and sometimes you don’t.

It’s okay where you stand in any given moment in time in regard to honoring you or not.

What’s great is that in your awareness you have the power to shift and alter any experience AND honor the impulses you have and do the things you know that fill your heart.

In this podcast episode I share my personal experience of honoring my inner voice to follow through in doing what I know to do for me when I first wake in the morning and that’s go outside.  I share the difference between just knowing what to do and what it takes to be the person you need to be for you.
