On this episode recorded on Leap Day, we discuss Fury-Wilder II, Lawrence made a bad Super Tuesday prediction, Mike regales us with another story, this one taking place at his very first job (and it was a doozy), we reminisce about Pechin's (those of you unfamiliar with this Hillbilly Heaven are in for a treat), and Jeff talks about his latest Hallmark Movie for the spring season. Along the way, we tell a lot of probably offensive jokes and make liberal use of the soundboard, so it was a fun and funny show! be sure to check it out!
In this episode, the soundboard returns as the gang follows up on a couple of stories from previous episodes and they talk about going to see the comedian Gallagher perform in a bowling alley with valet parking, the Democratic Party primaries, the fact that no one but Jeff has seen Twin Peaks, and the perils of growing up without bedroom doors! A fun and funny show as always, so be sure to give it a listen!
Lawrence, Mike, John and Jeff are back to discuss war buffs, current events, the firing of Mike Babcock and the the asshole coach, as well as the over-saturation of streaming services and the first all dead actor movie. Also, impressions of Mr. Magoo abound. It was a fun show, so be sure to check it out!
With Tim off gallivanting around in Thailand, Lawrence, Jeff and John are joined by Mike who has just returned to the area from Washington D.C. and he brings all the knowledge and insight of a beltway insider (not really) to our discussion of current events! Also on the program, the gang tries to help Jeff flesh out his idea for a Hallmark movie, we talk about Halloween and finally Lawrence talks a bit about the situation that went on between WWE and Saudi Arabia as John manages to shoehorn the Beatles into the show! One of our best episodes to date, so check it out!
On this episode, the gang talks about a wide range of topics. We've got our obligatory not-so current events, sports, Jeff has another funny movie idea and Lawrence discusses a very painful summer (in more ways than one)! A very fun and funny show, so be sure to check it out!
On this crazy episode, John has fun with clips a little bit too much. Mike returns and tells a story about his rural upbringing that has a horrifying twist. The gang talks conspiracy theories and a whole lot more!
In this episode (again without Mike), the classic lineup gets constantly sidetracked when talking politics and current events along with Jeff's book review. We also talk about Unsolved Mysteries and what the new Netflix reboot needs! We also have some fun with impressions as always and we struggle to deal with John's barking dogs. A fun show as always, so check it out!
Without Mike or Tim, a serious Lawrence, John and Jeff talk about the murder (and yes, we emphasize murder) of George Floyd and what that has meant for the country. While the first half has a more serious tone, the second half brings you a bit more of the silliness that you've come to expect when we dedicate some time to Lawrence's favorite topic: Professional Wrestling! We talk about the episode of Dark Side of the Ring that covered Dr. D David Schultz slapping John Stossel and a few surrounding topics. It's both an interesting and later fun show in our opinion, so give it a listen!
On this episode that we recorded some time ago, John has a lot of points to make about current events, but Jeff never seems to allow him to make them! We discuss Trump VS Twitter, why tetris is better than golf, and chipped ham. It's a fun and maybe informative show, so check it out!
The gang is back together and in the longest episode we've ever done! On this one we cover a whole bunch of stuff. More on how we're handling COVID, marble races and the Red Number 3 controversy, the Rasslin' song, and a number of other topics. A very fun show that we had a good bit of fun recording!
Episode 22 is the first to feature the entire gang together (in a manner of speaking) as they talk Tim's return and adventures in Thailand, the coronavirus, pro wrestling, food and more! Also, appearing for the first time ever on the show: A GIRL! Lawrence's main squeeze Laura joins in the fun. You don't wanna miss this one folks, especially if you're as bored as we are right now! We apologize for the instances of poor audio. Lawrence did his best (admittedly not very good).
On this episode, neither Lawrence nor Timmy could join, so listen to John, Jeff, and Mike talk about cheese, Rocko's Modern Life, living under the auspices of COVID-19 and a myriad of other topics. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/unpaidprogramming/support
Because we're all practicing social distancing due to COVID-19, we've decided to combine some of our favorite conversations and sketches into a single episode. We hope that this will help make the the inevitable decline and fall of civilization just a little bit more bearable. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/unpaidprogramming/support
Get yourselves through coronavirus quarantine with the gang talking some current events and we have another embarrassing story for you, but this time it isn't one of Mike's. You'll have to listen to find out just whose it is! A very fun and funny show, so check it out! --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/unpaidprogramming/support
We're back folks! Hosting a brand new show! Join Lawrence, John, Jeff, and Tim as they talk about the usual nonsense such as a bizarre incident that occurred in their adolescence, John's guest spot playing in a band, and Tim talks about a phrase that has been haunting him recently. All that and more on a very fun first episode!

On this delightful episode, Lawrence tells a story about an encounter with the Mormons and the gang has another scam idea. We discuss the Super Bowl and make our picks (we were right!), Lawrence talks about the Royal Rumble, and John's desire to see a spectacle is unfulfilled by the impeachment trial of Donald Trump. All this and more on a fun show, so check it out!
We're back with two solid topics of discussion that branch out in all sorts of fun directions. First, Mike regales us with his trip earlier this month to the cities of Portland and Seattle and the gang discusses current events, including Joe Rogan's endorsement of Bernie Sanders and the impeachment of Donald Trump. This episode was rather erotic! So, check it out!
The mystery deepens as under pressure, Chief Hulk Hogan brings in his first suspect while Detective Macho Man Randy Savage confronts Mayor Vince McMahon, who is weaving his own plot to stay in office. Who is the killer? Can you figure it out?
In the first episode of 2020, the gang talks about things like the horrors of farming, Mike's trip to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Current Events, Jeremy Roenick's suspension, and we have a long conversation about the upcoming split in the Methodist church and our own experiences with religion. There's a lot of good conversation had on this one, so check it out!
In this Holiday edition, the gang talks about the latest goings on in Trumpland, Jeff's Christmas Pants movie, John's stories about dogs, Lawrence saw the Richard Jewell movie, and finally, we close out the show with a stirring rendition of "Baby, It's Cold Outside", featuring THE most offensive joke we've ever had on this show (and for us that's saying a lot), so do make merry with us and give a listen!
Join Lawrence, John, Jeff and Mike as they talk about Lawrence's brother getting married and the Pittsburgh cookie table. Jeff's next Hallmark movie idea, South Park's recent episode, and most importantly, the new Mr. Rogers movie that you can actually see Jeff in! A fun show as always so enjoy!
This is entirely unedited audio of our aborted original 11th episode that ended up running out of steam as we were distracted by more pressing matters (Also, you'll find out in episode 11 why this took so long to get up).
