Today we are speaking with Ricky Williams. Most of you would likely know Ricky as a former NFL player but we discover today he is so much more. Ricky realized one day that he was being defined by being an athlete, by being in the NFL and he decided to change his life to make sure that he could be something more than that. Retiring and finding his spiritual journey through astrology, and taking a holistic approach to to his body, and working in Cannabis made people think he was crazy but what he found was creativity and inspiration for what his future was going to be outside of the NFL.
