My name is VickyCupcake or you can just call me Vicky if that's easier for you hehe. I started this podcast as way for people to relate to my life experiences with mental health, depression, spirituality etc, and just navigating through life in general. I wanted to create a safe space for people who suffer from day to day with mental health issues, anxiety, depression, and relate to people on a spiritual level and so on. I am living through this now and have had on going battles with these issues since my teenage years. Allowing me to speak through this platform helps me to not feel so alone, and relate to anyone else who may suffer from these diagnoses. If there's one thing I know for sure, all I want to do is help others through this podcast overcome these obstacles and grow in their faith, and heck maybe have a laugh or cupcake with me as you tune in!
