My name is Vincent Brusco and for the last six years or so I have been on a journey of self discovery. This podcast has been a personal journal for me and give me an opportunity to dive into myself and reflect back.

It has also given me privilege to speak to others about their personal journey. From life coaches, doctors, professional athletes, and entrepreneurs. We all have a story.
