I remember when we were young and took naps just because, but this is a little different. Having two kids, and two jobs, and a house to take care of and bills to pay and a puppy and a million things to do we recognized our need for purposeful rest. We want our house to be peaceful and we want to set good examples of healthy rhythms and rituals.
