Paul's accomplishment in Thessalonica was significant. He was undeterred by his Philippian experience and preached the Gospel. Paul wished to make it back to these believers but was detained. However, there were many converts who wanted to be like him and want to see his return. Those who responded to Paul and converted were Jews. They were God fearing, loved each other and was full of hope.
