Chad Carson aka Coach Carson is a Real Estate Investor, YouTuber, and educator with a large portfolio of real estate and stocks.

Coach Carson started flipping houses on the side until things slowed down significantly after the 2008 Great Financial Crisis. He then started to switch his strategy to buy and hold real estate because the deals were too good to pass up.

This allowed Coach Carson to become financially free and travel the world with his wife and children.
