What does it mean to be authentic? Well, we touch on that answer and many more as well as talk about the importance of connecting to your inner self. We talk about how so many of us out there are taught from a very early age to disconnect from our inner truth because what we really think and how we really feel are not acceptable. This is ultimately doing us a disservice because if we learn how to reject our inner truth, how can we fully ever learn to accept our inner self?
