This week on the show we are diving into life and travel in Panama City, Panama.

From November of the last year to this March we based ourselves in Panama City. During that time we had the chance to explore lots of different parts of the city and country!

Our time in Panama was cut short, so while there is still a ton on our bucket list for Panama we wanted to sit down to share some of our experience and what makes Panama a great place to live and explore!
