Do you know who is always right? YOU! THE EMPLOYEES! Not the customers. Well a customer should be kept and be treated fairly when their needs or complaints are being put to you. Nonetheless, a customer should be educated on your terms of business or services to know and understand why your services or company terms are as they are. But will that also make you lose them?
