This episodes bring two former youth ministers together from St Mary's, Barbara Jean and me. 
We reminisce a little bit about days in ministry, chickens, pigs, and farm life then get on to the serious topic of a rare disorder Barbara discovered she had, myotonic dystrophy.  It is so rare her daughter who is now 22 years old was misdiagnosed until Barbara discovered it herself by chance a few years ago.  However, the difficulty in finding out that you have a disease which will take your life is that two of your children have it as well.
This podcast is light hearted, funny and also very serious in sharing a little of Barbara's own "paschal mystery." Her zebra life and her blessed life.  In this podcast you will hear her story in bringing together her blog called, A Zebra Life, A Blessed Life.
