Really great sound production, these guys do a deep dive on the details and behind the scenes and really just everything about a movie. I learned some things, I was surprised, heard some hot takes, got into the books vs movies debate, really there's just a lot here. Good to put on while you do something else. (They also have an excellent youtube with visuals and really nice thumbnails that's criminally underappreciated). Good work Three Films and a Podcast!

Started with the minisode on Thor: Ragnarok and it was such a fun listen! I love the humor and chemistry between the hosts, and they don’t come across as pretentious or hyper-critical the way that a lot of film shows can. Can’t wait to listen to more!

You can really feel the passion these guys have for film, and their rapport is friendly and chill. I find this podcast to be very relaxing which is great for my gnawing anxiety! There are also plenty of laughs to go around. They give great reviews and take great care with them but without being pretentious which is charming. It’s perfect for ideas on what to watch next because the genres are varied enough that there’s something for everyone! I particularly enjoyed the episodes where they discuss The Farewell and where they discuss Joker and Marriage Story.

Likeable hosts who are knowledgable on their subject matter are hard to find. Here we have three! The subject films are a good mix and not just the same titles you see covered everywhere else. An enjoyable way to spend an hour for any film fan.

I really love how they switch things up with the rotating format. The recasting episodes are especially fun, but all of the formats work!
