Today’s reading is from 3 John 5-6

“Beloved, thou doest faithfully whatsoever thou doest to the brethren, and to strangers;

Which have borne witness of thy charity before the church: whom if thou bring forward on their journey after a godly sort, thou shalt do well:" 

Take a few moments to meditate on these verses. 

Now, take some time to think about and answer these questions:

5. How does the recipient of the letter treat the brethren and strangers? The same.

6. To what have these people borne witness? Their charity (love) before the church.
