Welcome to Episode 13. This week we are talking about the Black Lives Matter Movement. This is the first of a four part series where we unpack the value of being seen and the importance of representation. In this first episode we discuss how we come to this movement, the potential bias that we bring to the conversation, and how to actively listen in order to set the stage for the series.
