Today we talk about character strengths.  The positive psychology movement focuses on how we flourish; and understanding character strengths are an important element when learning to thrive and flourish. In today’s episode, Drs. Alston and Dean discuss the Values in Action Inventory of Strengths, which are made up of 24 universal characters, such as, love, social intelligence, and leadership, and how playing to these strengths can serve you when coping with stress.
