In 2011, Sandy joined a garage startup of 35 people to help revolutionize social media communications at Hootsuite as their public relations manager. We all know how incredible of a company Hootsuite has turned out to be.Sandy recently left her role with Hootsuite and is now working at an Kitchener startup getting all the right headlines, Vidyard. Vidyard is the video intelligence platform that helps businesses drive more revenue through the use of online video. Going beyond video hosting and management, Vidyard helps businesses drive greater engagement in their video content, track the viewing activities of each individual viewer, and turn those views into action. Global leaders such as Honeywell, McKesson, Lenovo, LinkedIn, Cision, Citibank, MongoDB and Sharp rely on Vidyard to power their video content strategies and turn viewers into customers.Not only has she excelled in her full time roles, she is actively involved in building communities in 2 industries - art and PR.
