He shared with me his interest in collecting stamps /airmail as his hobby.Before looking it up online, did you know the term airmail? It’s as simple as it sounds, mail that is carried by air, so in other words planes. However, many years ago mail was mostly delivered by land or sea, it’s only once the world started using planes more and more that people have decided to try a new method of delivery of mail. Technically speaking all physical mail delivered these days are delivered by planes.For Chris, collecting stamps and airmail allows him to learn more about our history as humans and learn how people back in the days said to each other and shared.
