Lots of pubs and restaurants were putting in hard hours over lockdown refurbishing their premises and getting ready for the big reopening.

There's a lot of new beer gardens and outdoor dining areas that have been tailored with time and care for the lifting of restrictions. Yesterday across the nation, publicans and restaurant owners opened their doors yesterday for the first time since before Christmas.

And with the Hotels reopening last Wednesday and after their first full weekend back, Sales & Marketing Manager at the Abbey Court Hotel in Nenagh Michelle Kavanagh also spoke about reopening.
