Logitech CEO, Bracken Darrell, had a vision of Design as transformative for business since the early days of Design Thinking when he was working for Braun. He gave his first talk about what a design thinking company is at Braun in 2007. He joined Logitech in 2012 with this vision to help turnaround the business and has since worked relentlessly to make it a reality. Logitech's growth has accelerated 15 to 20 points, profitability has quadrupled, and the company has won over 100 Design awards since the company began to embrace this concept.
