Mental Health is a topic that more and more people are staring to discuss. A lot of people are starting to come out with their stories but as Mental health becomes more in the spotlight, we forget to discuss how mental illness may look different in different cultures and how some cultures may not be getting the help they need. In this podcast I talk about specifically the  lack of acknowledgement and shortfall of help for the black culture.
