My favorite daily news podcast; they're deep dives into stories are usually pretty fascinating and give a lot of great pespectives and context to the day's biggest, weirdest, or even smallest news.

I look forward to this one every day. It's long enough to make me feel like I understand the story, but short enough to add as a daily podcast. Recommended.

A valiant attempt to distill world issues into snack-able bites but is generally alarmist and dramatic to the point of missing the point sometimes. That being said, Vox is known for factual reporting and for explaining concepts well, it's just the conclusions are sometimes predetermined. 3/5 manic newcasters

A short daily update of major topics. However, while informative it is low-key biased as all get out. This left leaning pod doesn't have experts speak but instead has opinions of news professionals as the basis for shaping viewpoints. Generally good to see how one side of the aisle thinks, and to gain a bit deeper level of knowledge, curtailed by ridiculous bias.

Solid news podcast with minimal ads. Decent length - doesn't overstay its welcome. Informative and even poignant at times!

Really like listening to their news stories every day. They have a variety of topics and always explain things in an easy to understand way. Not too short, not too long episodes.

quick, simple, and informative, but they sometimes overuse a lot of loosely relevant pop-culture audio clips which interrupts the flow of the episode. most episodes are balanced fine, but a lot of episodes are difficult to get through without cringing.

What has happened to the Vox of 2015, with sharp persuasive content and a keen eye for social critique? Ah the march of NYT & Atlanticfication, filling the world with David Brooks clones droning on about KidsTheseDays.

I have unsubscribed from this podcast due to it's lack of support for President Biden at this critical time.As for analysis I would have liked to know more about who pays for polls, Nate Silver's association to Peter Thiel, the owners and shareholders of mainstream media who are Trump donors, the donors for the Democratic that tried to sabotage Bidens campaign and install a dictator - as well as those people's connections to important talent agencies whose clients also tried to tank the campaign. Maybe you could have discussed the New Democratic Coalition. As well as the fact that these people were for the most part wealthy, white and male and in direct conflict with the voters themselves, more specifically people of colour and women, whose lives are actually on the line. The polls are not unbiased, paid for by extremely rich partisans in order to set a narrative. Maybe you could also have mentioned the 'Pass the torch' PAC involving Steve Schmidt, Dean Phillips and republican donors.I'm unsubscribing from everyone who contributed to this mess instead of providing proper, deep, insightful and honest analysis.
