Friends of the Rosary,
Christ Jesus addresses his invitation to free us from our burden, as we read today (Matthew 11:28-30).
God is glorified in giving strength to us weak people.
“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened,
and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
for I am meek and humble of heart;
and you will find rest for yourselves
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”
The faithful renew their strength in Christ. Our weight goes away when we become a committed disciple of the Lord.
“What the Lord proposes is not a freedom from suffering but, much more importantly, a freedom from the self,” writes Bishop Barron.
Ave Maria!
Jesus, I Trust In You!
Come, Holy Spirit, come!
To Jesus through Mary!
