Today my guest is Shelina Permalloo, the owner and curator of Lakaz Maman, winner of BBC's Master Chef 2012 and author of two books, 'Sunshine On a Plate' (2013) and 'The Sunshine Diet' (2015) 

I chat to Shelina about growing up in Southampton, starting out in career working in diversity, winning Masterchef, starting her own business, becoming a mother, her charitable contributions in the community and the difficulty of putting the word 'Diet' on a cook book; plus much more.
