Greg himself lost close to seventy pounds to cut down to his current weight of 205 lbs. Greg was a collegiate basketball player and stands about 6’6, so carrying around that extra weight took a toll on his knees and joints and he’s not afraid to talk about the challenges he faced while losing all that weight.
