Five months ago, Lieutenant-General Steven Whelan was installed as the Head of Military Personnel Command. It’s a critical position that oversees recruitment, promotions, health care, and several key areas. On Friday, Canada’s military police say they are looking into ‘historic’ allegations of sexual misconduct involving Whelan. What measures need to be implemented to fix this troubling, recurring problem? Christian Leuprecht, a Political Science professor at the Royal Military College of Canada and Queen's University, joins CFRA Live to discuss.
