On Tuesday night, we learned the land border between Canada and the United States would re-open to fully vaccinated Canadians in November. This is music to the ears of Debbie and Mike Durham. They live in Brockville, while Debbie’s mother lives in Ogdensburg, New York battling cancer. Now that the border is reopening, they can finally see each other in person for the first time since COVID hit. Debbie and Mike join Graham Richardson on Ottawa Now.
