From knockabout suburban kid to underworld enforcer and through the other side, James 'The Hammer' Harding's story is like something from a Netflix gangster series.  His story is one of a heroes journey, from a life changing incident that lead him down a dark path and into the underbelly of crime to surviving and making changes that has brought him to a place where he helps men in trouble find their way back. His message is a strong one and his methods are unique, but whatever may be it is certain that James 'The Hammer' Harding is now making a positive impact on the world. James has now founded and runs 'Hard Cuddles' a program and service for men who are wanting to make a positive change in their life. He runs mentoring programs and a very special 'Into the Wild' retreat where he takes a small group of men into the wild to reconnect with their life through a journey of exploration and integration. 036  Sugar by Half - Prof. Peter Brukner
How can eating have such a profound and rapid effect on your health? In this episode, we explore the new paradigm of eating for health with Professor Peter Brukner. Peter is a specialist sports and exercise physician currently working with the Australian cricket team. Peter is the founding partner of Olympic Park Sports Medicine Centre in Melbourne and Professor of Sports Medicine at Latrobe University. A founding Executive Member of the Australasian College of Sports Physicians, he served two terms as President and played a key role in establishing sports medicine as a medical specialty in Australia. His recent health scare and making a shift in his eating profoundly changed his life and his whole view on the power of nutrition. His research, experience and knowledge are documented in his book "A fat lot of good"  In this episode, Peter shares his journey and his research into how the health and food industries got it all wrong and what we can do to change our ways, in the name of good health, by eating better and reducing sugar by half.
