Contract cancellations are on the rise now the pandemic is getting under control and hospitalizations are down. As a result, many travelers are getting their contracts cancelled. Do travelers have any options to protect against cancellations? Find out in this episode. Cyndi gives a great option that you can ask for when negotiating your next contracts. Knowing what to ask is crucial in understanding what you can ask for in your contracts. "Help your recruiter help you". It's really important to keep your recruiter current on what is happening in your facility (ie flexing home a lot, getting shifts cancelled, you notice a lot of new staff getting on-boarded). This is a specialty that is ideal for any medical professional as they are already familiar with how the medical system generally works. Sherry talks about the types of calls she receives, what knowledge you need, and what it's like to manage many clients from year to year. Sherry also lets you know how much you'll be paid each time to sell a policy, and what you continue to collect month-to-month on passive income.
