In this episode we revisit some unfinished business from a previous discussion. Specifically, We dive deeper in the complications found when Native thoughts and philosophies are committed to written text, especially in legal and academic scholarship. Some primary issues are knowing that we may not fully understand the construct that are being writing about. Additionally, some traditions and customs are better left out of written form in order to preserve their evolutionary nature.
