Cindy James suffered a terrifying ordeal; 7 years of harassment that included killing her pets and physically harming her in multiple occasions. It is shocking to know that 90 complaints were filed but not a single soul was questioned nor arrested. Additionally, the fact that the police in 2 districts didn’t believe her and police officers questioned the legitimacy of her stalking accusation is traumatizing. I don’t doubt that her mental health suffered as a consequence and it is possible that she developed stress which lead to suicidal thoughts as no one except family and her friends believed her even when her own basement was burned by an unidentified assailant. 7 years of turmoil ended with her being strangled with a black pantyhose. What is astonishing is that fact that the police ruled her death to be a suicide which means that Cindy’s case is closed. But, the question is , How is it possible to rule out Murder if the police determined from day one that Cindy was making stuff up and her death is nothing but a successful suicide attempt? Is it possible that crucial evidence was left out because of police officers unconscious bias against Cindy? We will never know, I presume.
