Christina Crowe is a Canadian Registered Psychotherapist, an entrepreneur and a relentless mental health advocate. Christina founded Dig A Little Deeper, Psychotherapy & Counseling in 2015, which has grown into a modern, self-managed, group practice with 9 other psychotherapists and counsellors.
DALD is headquartered in Caledon, ON, with 2 other additional Ontario locations and global virtual services. Christina also owns Dig Deeper Coaching, providing consulting and training for business leaders and teams looking to increase their competitive edge with behavioural science.
Christina has been interviewed by local news outlets and podcasts, writes for The Dig Deeper Blog and for professional association websites. Christina is a relentless mental health advocate, serving in the past as a board member for OAMHP, and now on the Advocacy committee for CADDRA (a national clinician alliance for ADHD).
Christina maintains her own private practice and provides clinical supervision to graduate counselling interns and currently practicing therapists. To help create more accessible services, Christina also partners with local organizations, like Caledon Community Services, providing free psychotherapy for some of our most vulnerable community members.
Christina’s creative outlets are many, but most recently include making entertaining and educational tiktok video’s about ADHD, one the most misunderstood conditions in mental health.
